All prices will change based on complexity of design and commission. Detailed Final Quote will be discussed after information about the desired commission is given to me.

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions provided below. These terms are an agreement between you (client) and me (artist) for these commissions, including retextures, custom models, animations, renders, and anything else listed on this page as something I make.

Payment

The prices listed are BASE PRICES and should be expected to increase based on the complexity of the design or commission. After discussion prior to payment a final quote will be provided to the client.

Payment must be made in at least half the total price as a down payment for me to begin work on the commission. After the commission is completed, you will not receive the finished product until you pay in full the agreed upon price.

I only accept payment through paypal or venmo, though paypal is perfered.

There we will discuss the commission. After discussion you will recieve a detailed quote.
Once it is approved, I require a payment of at least half of the agreed price to BEGIN working. You are permitted to pay in full at the beginning as well.
After the commission is complete you will have to pay the rest of the agreed upon price to receive the finished product.

You may have 3 major revisions during the process.
Examples of major revisions, complete change of a major part of the retexture, avatar, custom models, renders, or animations.

Delivery

The product, upon completion, will be delivered digitally to the commissioner's preference. This will be discussed during the creation process.

You may use the finished work(s) for personal use.
You can also use the work(s) for content creation, streaming, etc. Please make sure to credit me in some way.

Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of the work is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.

Use of my work for Artificial Intelligence is strictly prohibited.

Unless previously agreed upon, I have the right to include your work in my portfolio and display it in my gallery, as well as send it to others as examples of my work.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations: If you would like to cancel the commission after full payment, and if the project is nearly complete, a partial refund will be issued at the artist’s discretion based on how much work is done.

After completion and delivery of the product, no refunds will be issued.

Depending on the methods of payment, refunds or cancellations may not be possible.

Clients Responsibilities

It is the clients job to provide me with an accurate reference model (e.g. ref sheet) and a detailed description/instructions of what they are looking for.

Artist Rights

I reserve the right to turn down any request or commission for any reason.
I may exercise creative freedom as needed, but I will try my best to follow your vision.
No NSFW will be accepted.
Suggestive but not NSFW ideas can be discussed before the final quote. I reserve the right to turn down any suggestive requests.

Disclaimers

Liability: Any damages, losses, or technical issues outside of my control are not my responsibility. However, if I do find an error in something that I’ve done, I will fix it free of charge.
